Refund policy

Please handle everything with care.  Handwash only.  Do not microwave.  Do not drop.  Do not soak.  Do not leave in extreme heat.  I am not liable for any injuries that may occur.  

Everything is handmade so imperfections may occur.  Stray glitter may get on non glitter cups because as we all know, glitter is impossible to control.  I use the highest quality food grade UV blocker epoxy but sometimes yellowing may happen on white epoxy cup over time.  Colors are approximate and may vary from screen to screen.  Custom epoxy cups have a turnover time of about 1-2 weeks depending on quantity, design, and time of year.   No refunds are given due to most of my items being personalized and made to order.  If you have any issues come up please contact me and I will do my best to resolve them!
